Don Golden
President / Co-Founder

Don leads all sales, marketing, and business development for the company. Before founding Precision Sample in 2008, he was the Founder and President of Clear Voice Research. Under his leadership, the company grew to multi-million revenues and became a leading online sample provider. Prior to founding Clear Voice, he was a Senior Manager of Panel Acquisition at goZing, which was subsequently acquired by Greenfield Online. At goZing and Greenfield, Don led teams responsible for acquiring millions of panelists annually, and prospecting and engaging outsourced sample vendors worldwide. He has also worked at Tonos Entertainment, an online musician community, eHobbies.com, an online hobby retailer, and Full Moon Interactive, an interactive agency.

Don has over a decade of experience building and managing online research panels, and is now diving headfirst into social and mobile channels seeking to provide unmatched user experiences for his panelists and access for his clients. He holds a BA in Economics from Rollins College. In his spare-time, he enjoys playing memory games, coloring and building sand castles with his daughter, racing motocross, waterskiing, and wakeboarding.

Pat Pudhota
CTO/ Co-Founder

Pat heads up the technology and product development teams. Pat has been a pioneer in the internet marketing and software development field for more than 17+ years. In his role as, he provides the vision & development leadership for Precision’s next generation of online marketing, analytics and digital technology platform.

Since the early 1990’s Pat has held various executive positions in the Fortune 100 companies (Retail, Automotive & Marketing Industries) and has achieved progressive growth and success in developing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions. Most recently, Pat has created and sold a Digital Marketing Technology company that has been instrumental in creating key business drive for a major Marketing Services agency in Texas. He is currently developing Precision’s Technology platform, a robust set of architectures and comprehensive frameworks (Software As A Service (SaaS) Frameworks) that are easy-to-connect, develop and integrate! In his spare time – Pat is an avid world traveler and enjoys music, cooking and philanthropy. His life ambition is to deliver quality medical care in India – for the underprivileged- for FREE!

Susan Hwang Nanzer

Chief Revenue Officer

Susan has over sixteen years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer insight. Most recently, she was the SVP of North American sales for Instantly (uSamp) and played a significant role in the rapid growth and expansion of the company. One of the founding employees, Susan was personally responsible for growing the revenue from $0 to $50 million and establishing their global footprint in less than 4 years. During her tenure, she helped built long term relationships and positioned Instantly as a top tier market research provider.

Prior to Instantly, she was a key contributor and influencer at Greenfield Online (Nasdaq:SRVY) that eventually sold to Microsoft in 2008. During her tenure at Greenfield Online, she also resided on the APAC expansion board. In addition, she was an integral part of team at goZing that sold in 2005 to Greenfield Online for $31million dollars.

Throughout her career, she has been influential in both the development standards, technology and innovation that supports the global market research and insights ever changing landscape.

In her downtime, Susan enjoys golfing, cooking, skiing, travelling the world and letting her children be the boss of their family.

Clif Fleitas
Vice President, Operations

Clif is responsible for overseeing project management and bidding for the company. In addition, he also tasked with evolving our project management systems. Before joining Precision Sample, Clif was responsible for overseeing development of mobile and self-serve project management technologies at uSamp. In addition, he worked closely with panel operations and business development and served on both the sales and project management teams. He brings 8 years of experience in Online and Mobile panel and technology development as well as various operational and sales experiences. He holds a BS in Corporate Communications for the University of Texas at Austin.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his daughter and son and indoctrinating them into the proud traditions of Longhorn football and San Antonio Spurs basketball.
